The department is a structural subdivision of the Faculty of International Economic Relations and Management. The Department of Accounting and Audit, Marketing and Management carries out the preparation and issue of students in the areas of training "Accounting and Audit", "Marketing" and "Management".

Mission of the Department of Accounting and Audit, Marketing and Management - the formation of professional competencies of students in accordance with industry standards of higher education.

Preparation of students in the specialties "Accounting and Audit", "Management of Organizations and Administration" and "Marketing" is carried out using design technology, case study, training and practical training and business games.

The department has a network of educational and production practice bases, has established active cooperation on similar departments in the leading educational institutions of Ukraine.

Graduates of the Accounting and Audit Department, Marketing and Management work in the leading hotel and tourist enterprises: hotels "Premier Palace", "Opera", "Radisson SAS", "President Hotel", "Rus", "Kozatsky"; Tourist operators "Sam", "Fairy", "Tez Tour", "Sputnik", "Pegas Touristik", "News Travel", "Alf - tour operator", franchising tourist chain "Network of agencies of hot tours".

Educational and methodical work of the department

The department is working on providing the educational process with educational and methodological materials on disciplines that form the professional competences of students in the areas of training "Accounting and Audit", "Management" and "Marketing".

For future accountants and auditors, all opportunities for obtaining professional skills from the following branches of knowledge are created: "Accounting"; "Financial Accounting"; "Management accounting"; "Tax Accounting"; "International Financial Reporting Standards"; "Audit"; "International Standards on Auditing".

For future management specialists, all opportunities for obtaining professional skills from the following areas of knowledge are created: «Strategic management»; "Operational management"; "Projective management"; "Personnel management"; "Innovation management"; "International management".

For future marketing specialists, they acquire skills and professional skills in the following areas of knowledge: "Marketing Management"; "Advertising Management"; "Strategic Marketing"; "Organization of marketing research"; "Industrial Marketing"; "International Marketing".

Research work of the department

The main directions of the research work of the department are: formation of the strategy of marketing management of enterprises of the service sector: the organization of marketing management at the enterprises of the service sector; problems of marketing activity of service enterprises; problems of management of services enterprises, in particular, tourism and hotel business; innovative development of service enterprises. Development of accounting and auditing in the conditions of globalization of the economy: the formation of a system of accounting in the enterprise; organization of audit at enterprises of tourist business; tax system for tourism business enterprises.
