Report on practical training students in "Hotel and restaurant business"

The practice of students is an integral part of education and vocational training programs for students of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. It is an important link in the compulsory and training highly qualified specialists for the future of the specialty.

In the period from 26.01 to 31.01.2015, the second year students of the specialty "Hotel and restaurant business" held the first part of practice. During practice students have learned:

- work out manufacturing operations to replace bedding;

- make different shapes with towels for "oshybori", "origami".

Also one of the creative tasks of practice was thematic room decoration. The students were divided into two subgroups and each chose their theme: the number maritime theme and number of Valentine's Day. On the last day of practice, students drew numbers according to the chosen subjects and demonstrated their knowledge.
