Excursions for students of specialty "Hotel and restaurant business" to the leading institutions of restaurant facilities of Kyiv: "Turgeneff", "Velour", "Three Forks"

As part of a social project under the guidance of senior lecturer in hotel and restaurant business Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law Vasilenko Elena and support of the famous restaurateur and TV program "Master Chef" Nikolay Tishchenko organized tours for students of "Hotel and restaurant business" to the top institutions of restaurant facilities of Kyiv: "Turgeneff", "Velour", "Three Forks".
With the support of management of restaurants organized and conducted the following workshops: contemporary table setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the sequence of feeding dishes of innovative tea ceremony, cooking using molecular technology and avant-garde supply, storage and supply rules for wine products, the rules of suppliers, secrets recruitment of professional staff.
Nikolay Tishchenko held a lecture-consultation on "Catering in modern crisis. Problems and ways of overcoming". Students have advanced knowledge of the organization and management of the restaurant business.
Using lessons excursion in the organization of educational process allows to observe directly study different objects, phenomena and processes in a production environment, thereby developing the professional competence of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business, preparing students for internships and production activities.
